Email digest signups — your email address. Used solely to send occasional updates you opted into. Unsubscribe at any time.
Booking data — when you book a call or audit via Cal.com, your name, email, and any answers you provide are handled by Cal.com under their privacy policy.

The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard request metadata (IP, user-agent) for security purposes.

Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form or subscribe) and contractual necessity (when you engage us for paid services).

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions: retained until the related conversation is concluded, then deleted within 12 months unless a commercial relationship develops.
Email digest subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
Client engagement data: retained per contract terms and applicable accounting/tax law (7 years in Estonia).

Your rights
